What’s Up Fit Phatty! :)

I Got MY JUNK TOGETHER and lost 80lbs! If i had not found Turbo Jam i would have probably still been a FAT ass! Luckily I did find TURBO JAM, P90X, INSANITY, TURBOFIRE, INSANITY THE ASYLUM, in that order!
I will say this, I learned alot from each trainer. I learned alot about my drive and dedication to my journey and i learned that , there is NO way that we can do this journey alone and be totally effective!
It takes the support of those, who too, want more.
If you are just starting your journey or looking for some support in your journey along the way,… doesnt matter which program you are using… DON’T STOP & Get Supported!!
I decided to become a coach for a couple of reason:
1. THE DISCOUNT – this was my original reason for joining the coaching ranks..i wanted to save my my Shakeology ! lol
2. ACCOUNTABILITY – I felt like this would help me to hold myself accountable. I figured I’d be so busy helping others , I wouldn’t realize how much work i was doing :) .
3.INCOME- I will be honest, I found out you can earn from helping others lose! Why not, I knew the programs worked, so what did i have to lose, beside more back fat :) .
I’m happy to be a coach and to provide others with motivation. Rather they ( the people i coach) know it or not, but they help me more than anything in the world! I love what i do! I Love how i feel, & would very much like to make that a contiguous feeling!

Hey Fit Phattys!

I just have to say to you all , that today i felt like i could just cry! Im not unhappy at all , its my pursuant to be successful. I really want to be the most i can be in this life. It has nothing to do with anyone else but fulfilling my purpose. there is nothing more important to me other than following the plan that is made for me and doing everything in my given & earned power to make sure that every single task i perform is done with the best precision and care.

There is no way that I will allow myself to ever give up. I feel it deep into my chest and in my heart. I feel what I do in every inch of my flesh and its in every drop of my blood.

I might not have know the entire time HOW I was SUPPOSE to do it, however, I just knew to move.

I want to BREATH BAD! There is no KINDA wanting it…I MUST SUCCEED!!

Im willing to be deeply engaged in my given plan!

I feel it about to shoot out of my finger, the DESIRE to succeed!

I hope you FEEL it too!

Hey Fit Phatty!
Today i decided i wanted to have a bright and cool lunch. Its so hot outside i didnt want to have anything that needed to be warmed or cooked.
I thought what other way for my phatty to cool off and beat my hunger than to make a FRUIT SALAD! I went to the store and i got the
red leaf lettuce that I was missing and came back home and got started with the prep.
I used in my Salad:
20 Raspberries – 20 Calories
2 Cups of Strawberries – 100
1/3 Cranberries 130
2 tbsp strawberry dressing – 40 Calories
1/4 Cup Walnuts 240 Calories
1 Apple – 55 Calories
1 Navel Orange – 80 Calories
Red Leaf Lettuce 1 lbs 30 Calories
= About 900 Calories + grapes :)

Serves up to 6 = 150-200 Calories Each Serving
Even if you had half of the salad to yourslef, thesr 450 Calories are much better to you and for you then some greasy burger or dry sandwich could ever be!

Body Measurement & Weight Update – ( before shoots for fit phatty phat camp )

So today i decided to do my measurements and my weight. I am on this journey and this challenge to make my bum bum extra tight, round and nice so that i can wear a thong swimsuit on the beach. Yes on the beach and in public in front of all for them to see , me and my cheeks.

Today i weighted in at 131.8lbs and my waist was just a little under 26 and my hips right at 37. My total goal is to have a 25 inch waist and a37- 38 inch bottom. I would like to keep a 12 inch difference from the number of my waist and my hips.

How else do you expect me to be voluptuous?!!  Okay Fit Phatty, I m going for it. I can’t wait to get my body tight.

Here is a goal body I can look at in the mean time to get me going :) . and motivated!
